Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Sales Manager, located in Kozhikode. The Online Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of online sales strategies, manage e-commerce operations, and monitor sales performance to achieve targets. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, improving customer engagement, and collaborating with teams to enhance the online shopping experience. Additionally, the role involves supporting customer service efforts, analyzing market trends, and optimizing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for effectively engaging with clients and addressing their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and E-Commerce, with the ability to manage online platforms and drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies and tools to optimize campaigns and enhance digital reach
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
• Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
