Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving the revenue goals by actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies, tactics and action plans for revenue generation and customer lead generation for both the restaurant and catering brand.
  • Implement the brand service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales/ revenue goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Planning and coordinating all events while assuring the highest and excellent level of quality of service.
  • Generating revenue, establishing new accounts and ensuring repeat business while keeping quality consistently high.
  • Prepare creative menu proposals in coordination with General Manager-Operations and brand chef within the allowed limit of food cost, labour cost and kitchen facilities; and ensure inventories and item availability.
  • Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop lead sources through prospecting, referrals, trace files and cold calls.
