Banquet Sales Manager

You should have thorough knowledge of the venue and a good understanding of the F&B menu. As the Conference and Banquet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all functions to achieve departmental revenue targets effectively. This includes overseeing day-to-day sales activities, assigning work, and setting performance goals for the events team. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure with tight deadlines is essential. You will be expected to communicate effectively with potential guests, showcasing the brand, facility, and menu offerings. Meeting with guests to showcase facilities, create menus, and provide additional services such as audio/visual and entertainment will also be part of your responsibilities. Overseeing event execution and conducting post-event follow-ups to ensure exceptional guest experiences and inquire about repeat bookings are crucial tasks. Building strong relationships with both internal and external customers is key to success in this role. Meeting revenue targets and providing an exceptional level of service are essential objectives.
