Banquet Sales Manager

We are currently hiring for the following position with NSE/BSE listed leading hospitality group for their renowned club in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Position: Banquet Sales Manager

Desired Profile: MBA/PG/BHM with 10+ Years of Core Hospitality Banquet Sales Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive F&B and outdoor catering (ODC) sales through regular client meetings and proactive outreach.
• Secure catering orders, packed meal business, and corporate/personal event bookings to meet revenue and banquet targets.
• Qualify leads, identify client needs, and present well-researched, cost-effective proposals.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain strong client relationships from first contact through event execution.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track daily/weekly activities and analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Research prospective clients and monitor competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Support brand building and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
