Key skills

Managing the agent network in the region to ensure their activation with the Asset and liabilities product.
Achieve the monthly target of business along with agent expansion.
Arrange the campaign to scale up the business.
Increase the lead sourcing on a MOM basis and log the files within the timeframe.
Identify the suitable applicant for onboarding and get them active in the asset/liability business every month.
Responsible for joining the undersigned 100% agent to the bank's product training.
Laison with the regional bank team for smooth execution.
Being a part of the regional review on the performance conducted by the bank team.
