As a Collections Manager, your role is crucial in achieving the collection targets assigned to your territory while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for the entire collection structure. **Core Responsibilities:** - Maintain collection efficiencies across assigned buckets as per the structure - Identify and initiate Sec-25/138 for critical accounts - Drive NPA reversals and write off recoveries - Ensure timely initiation and execution of legal tools such as warrants execution under Section -138/ Section -25, and Sarfaesi - Coordinate with Legal team/Lawyers for timely filing of Sec 14, obtaining DM orders, and enforcing agents for timely possessions - Manage portfolio movement and allocate portfolios across team members based on demography spread and volume - Manage trail/feedback in M collect and delinquency file - Ensure customer satisfaction through quick resolution of issues, visiting critical customers, and analyzing high-value/strategic customers - Maintain zero delinquency within required parameters, publish MIS, and review daily collections - Ensure in-house officers/agencies perform as per defined SLA, while reducing costs incurred through vendors - Manage productivity by setting parameters, monitoring performance, and reviewing collection managers/officers - Lead and supervise the collections team for recovery agenda implementation through training, motivation, and deployment strategies - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations, company policies, and procedures **Education:** - Graduate **Desired Experience:** - Minimum 8 to 10 years in the field.,
