Area Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will interact regularly with Territory Managers/Sales Managers to set targets and achieve required sales for CV. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, handling, and grooming of the Territory Managers in presentation selling skills. You may need to make joint calls with the sales team and provide training for the competence development of Territory Managers. Additionally, you will provide inputs to develop marketing strategies, marketing support to Sales Staff, and drive Sales Processes. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Credit process and responsible for evaluating audit scores. - Ensuring collection efficiency and co-ordination for process maintenance. - Ensuring the flow of accurate and complete information for customer proposals. - Managing processes within the steps-of-sale effectively and efficiently. - Providing market intelligence in terms of business, product proposal. - Demonstrating consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes. - Ensuring all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete, and on time. - Achieving targets: penetration and cross sell. - Leading the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the branches under Area. - Controlling early delinquency. - Monitoring performance of Branches in terms of key drivers i.e. Contributed Value/Volumes/Profitability/Expenses/Losses/Employee Retention/Employee Productivity/Customer experience. - Managing TATs on credit processing. - Minimizing pre and post disbursal discrepancies. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of credit management, Credit Risk, Pricing, and Risk measurements.,
