About the Role: We are seeking an experienced freelance recruiter to lead a mass hiring campaign for Area Manager & Livelihood Training Centre Associates roles across 10 states of India over the next 3 - 6 months. This role involves high-volume sourcing, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding. Responsibilities: · Take full ownership of mass recruitment cycle · Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals · Screen and shortlist suitable profiles at scale · Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews · Facilitate offer discussions and acceptance · Support onboarding and necessary documentation · Maintain ATS records, progress trackers · Provide daily/weekly hiring status updates Requirements: · 3–5 years’ of recruitment experience (mid-senior levels) · Proven experience in high-volume / mass hiring · Proficient with ATS, Excel, and reporting tools · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills · Familiarity with compliance and background verification · Must be based in/near Mumbai

Key Responsibilities Source candidates at high volume using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases. Screen and shortlist large volumes of profiles efficiently and accurately. Conduct structured video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with internal stakeholders. Facilitate offer discussions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain daily reports and track recruitment metrics for performance analysis. About Company: Our mission is to give a second chance to the less educated, deprived youth through wage or self-employment based on urban and rural livelihood training provided in partnership with stakeholders. The parent centre has now branched out to over 650 centers across 18 states of India, which include 67 livelihood development centres, more than 600 partnership centres, 5 jail centres, and over 3000 mobile rural camps. The key features of the program are - admission to anyone who can read and write with no formal education focus on hands-on vocational training (70% practical & 30% theory), Soch Ka Parivartan (SKP) is a proprietary program for attitudinal change and life skills such as decision making, time management, money management, values & perception, health & hygiene, work readiness, etc. Enabling courses in English speaking and basic computer, community engagement, counselling and mentoring, job placements, and assistance for self-employment.
