Area Manager

You will be responsible for managing the Mobile Fueling business in the designated areas of Delhi, Rajasthan, and Kerala. Your main duties will include achieving volume targets for High-Speed Diesel (HSD), implementing action plans to reach sales targets, market share, and margin objectives, as well as coordinating closely with State Teams and Head Office to ensure sales targets are met. Additionally, you will gather market insights to analyze the competitive position of jio-bp in terms of network, pricing, promotions, and product offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement demand generation activities through channel partners to maximize sales - Monitor location-wise sales and implement strategies to enhance sales performance - Troubleshoot issues in coordination with Engineering, IT, Automation, and sales teams - Ensure proper maintenance and safety of assets (PFCs, MDU & IT equipment) through training and adherence to SOP - Coordinate with statutory authorities for approvals and timely rollout of MDUs - Streamline and expand the channel network for optimal performance and wider reach - Work with Channel Partners to enhance customer base and operational efficiency - Acquire new customers by leveraging the advantages of Mobile Fuelling mediums - Provide feedback for areas of improvement to various teams and support in acquiring necessary permissions for the business - Implement Automation initiatives in coordination with different teams and share MIS for monitoring and operational enhancements Qualification Required: - B.E / B Tech and MBA preferred Experience Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year as ASR or TSM in Petro Retail Business - Experience in Retail, Marketing, or Channel sales in FMCG, Consumer Durables, or Automobile Industry About Company: Jio-bp is an Indian fuels and mobility joint venture between Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and UK's bp plc, aiming to provide innovative mobility solutions in India.
