Sales & Operations Manager

You will be working as a Manager Sales & Operations at Reliance BP Mobility Limited, a Joint Venture between Reliance Petroleum and British Petroleum aimed at developing a dealer network across the country to become a leading fuel supplier. The organization offers a wide range of products including High-Speed Diesel, Petrol, Auto LPG, Lubricants, Aviation Fuel, Packed LPG, and also focuses on emerging businesses like Electric Mobility Solutions and Freight Aggregation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales and operations for Petro-Retail businesses, ensuring profitable operations of Plaza at flagship retail outlets, and maintaining customer service norms. You will be required to gather competitor sales and marketing data, conduct field visits to identify new retail outlet locations, and manage cash collection and reconciliation at company-owned outlets.
