Area Head

Role Overview: As an Area Head at Polar Bear, your primary responsibility will be to oversee operations across multiple outlets to ensure operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction. You will be required to manage and mentor store managers, drive sales performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Your role will involve monitoring inventory, coordinating marketing initiatives, and addressing operational challenges promptly. This full-time on-site role is based in Shivamogga, Udupi, and Manipal. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and mentor store managers to achieve business goals - Drive sales performance and maintain quality standards - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures - Monitor inventory and coordinate marketing initiatives - Address operational challenges promptly Qualifications Required: - Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring staff - Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail - Knowledge of customer service, sales strategies, and retail operations - Ability to analyze data, manage inventory, and implement operational improvements - Effective communication and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field preferred - Previous experience in a retail, food & beverage, or hospitality sector advantageous,
