Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Area Credit Manager in Emerging Corporate - Credit Appraisal, located at Delhi - Videocon Towers - MM. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience and a strong background in credit underwriting, portfolio performance, and market intelligence.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective credit underwriting strategies to minimize risk and maximize revenue.

Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Build and maintain relationships with key business groups, competitors, and stakeholders to gather market intelligence.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with stress accounts and develop plans for timely exit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Provide expert guidance on credit appraisal and risk assessment to support business decisions.

Job

Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Experience working with emerging corporate clients, focusing on credit appraisal and portfolio management.

A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.

Additional Info
To ensure minimal audit queries including RBI and statutory audits and resolve them within prescribed timelines.
