Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Credit Manager based in Noida. The Area Credit Manager will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, assessing creditworthiness and risk levels, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and compliance norms. The candidate will lead credit-related operations, resolve disputes, and work closely with the sales team to support business growth while maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing risks.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial viability and risk factors
• Solid understanding of Finance, particularly in housing finance and lending solutions
• Proficiency in evaluating credit profiles and decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (such as CA, CFA, or MBA) will be an advantage
• Proven experience in the housing finance or banking sector is a plus
