Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the oncology business strategy within the assigned territory of Bangalore for Intas Oncology.
  • New product launch experience is an added advantage as we are launching serplulimab, an Immuno-oncology drug.
  • Able to handle a Business of 1 crore/month or should have handled 50 lakh at least per month Business in previous organisation.
  • Take responsibility of monthly/weekly sales achievement plans (budgets) for Bangalore.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to promote oncology products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (doctors, distributors, pharmacies, corporate accounts).
  • Monitor and drive business results, including primary and secondary sales performance.
  • Resolve field challenges and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Regularly review sales data and market trends to optimize business approaches.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in oncology/critical care market experience being mandatory.In critical care, oncology doctor exposure is a plus point.
  • Proven Team player and should get well with other members in a large team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the oncology segment and market trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics platforms
