Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager based in Jamshedpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and developing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing ongoing coaching and support to team members. The Area Business Manager will also monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Team management expertise, including leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge and experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
Proficiency in tools and software used for sales analytics and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines efficiently.
