* Develop and manage budgets and sales plans for your assigned areas..
* Analyze competition in the market and maintain an understanding of their client relationships. Develop and implement strategies to attract clients from competitors.
* Generate and capitalize on sales leads across all destinations promoted by the organization.
* Determines ways to achieve, increase revenues, and improve overall team performance.
* Identify new business opportunities and innovate strategies to maximize market share.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather packages and tariffs for submission to agents in your designated markets.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and prompt support, ensuring maximum business acquisition.
* Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress to the management team.
* Conduct client presentations, sales meetings, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
* Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies.
* Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales and performance reports to the management.
* Minimum 2+ years of sales/business development experience in the travel industry/ DMC/ Sales/ Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ B2B Sales
* Must be based in the assigned area for at least 4 years.
* Strong knowledge of UAE as a destination.
* Sales experience essential; operations experience is a plus.
* Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
* Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
