Communicate with doctors, medical professionals, and patients when required regarding test results and procedures. Qualifications : Education : BSc or MSc in Biochemistry or a related field. Experience : Proven experience in medical laboratory operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a medical laboratory setting. Leadership experience is essential. Strong knowledge of medical biochemistry and laboratory techniques. Familiarity with laboratory management systems and quality control procedures. Ability to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and perform complex biochemical tests. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred : Male candidates, Skills : Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee laboratory operations and manage staff. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with medical professionals and other team members. Excellent command of laboratory equipment and techniques, with a focus on quality assurance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
