Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory compliance and approvals: Obtain all necessary permissions and clearances from government bodies and local authorities, across all states of India.
- Feasibility analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, including FSI calculations, to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and commercial viability.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the main point of contact and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants (architects, MEP, structural), contractors, and government officials.
- Technical leadership: Provide technical direction, review architectural plans for compliance and optimization, and lead technical discussions to resolve project challenges.
- Project coordination: Ensure timely and accurate deliverables from all external parties and coordinate between different project teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with RERA, MOEF, and other real estate local regulatory requirements.
