Position: Aptitude Trainer

We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and dedicated Aptitude Trainer to join our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping students with strong quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability skills to help them excel in campus placements, competitive exams, and overall career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
• Design and implement effective training modules to improve problem-solving speed and accuracy.
• Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and workshops to simulate placement and competitive exam scenarios.
• Mentor students individually and in groups to build confidence, time management, and exam strategies.
• Collaborate with the Training & Placement Cell to align aptitude training with industry and recruiter requirements.
• Continuously update content and pedagogy in line with latest exam trends, placement patterns, and skill development needs.
• Provide constructive feedback, performance analysis, and improvement strategies to students.
• Support institutional initiatives for career guidance, employability enhancement, and holistic student development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering/Management or related discipline (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prior experience in aptitude training, competitive exam coaching, or placement training is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
• Familiarity with placement aptitude patterns, competitive exams (CAT, GATE, GRE, etc.), and corporate assessment tests will be an added advantage.
