Aptitude Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aptitude Trainer to prepare and mentor students/professionals in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to deliver engaging training sessions tailored to diverse learner groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and deliver training modules on

  Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation

• Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and practice tests in alignment with placement preparation, competitive exams, or corporate training needs.
• Develop customized training content, study materials, and practice question banks.
• Assess participants’ performance through regular evaluations, mock tests, and feedback sessions.
• Mentor and guide learners to improve their speed, accuracy, and problem-solving strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, aptitude trends, and training methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an

  Aptitude/Reasoning/Soft Skills Trainer
