Key Responsibilities

1. Industry Engagement & Outreach

? Leverage your network of 100+ recruiters to secure consistent placement opportunities

? Connect with HR leaders and decision-makers to schedule campus hiring drives

? Organize corporate visits, HR conclaves, and alumni-led industry sessions

2. Placement Strategy & Execution

? Design and implement the annual placement calendar

? Coordinate pre-placement talks, screening rounds, and final interviews

? Diversify employer base across sectors: IT, Core Engg, BFSI, FMCG, EdTech, Startups & PSUs

3. Student Training & Career Development

? Partner with training teams for resume building, mock interviews, and workshops

? Mentor students to align their profiles with current job market trends

? Identify skill gaps and recommend add-on certifications

4. Data Management & Reporting

? Maintain recruiter databases, feedback records, and placement analytics

? Generate monthly and annual reports tracking offers, salaries, and company insights

? Ensure compliance and smooth communication with all stakeholders

Eligibility & Must-Haves

???? Bachelors/Masters in Business, Engineering, HR, or relevant fields

???? 48 years of proven experience in placement/recruitment/corporate relations

???? Active recruiter network with 100+ HR contacts

???? Record of placing 70%+ students annually

???? Prior experience in educational institutions or skilling programs preferred
