Role Overview: As a Sales & Promotions Intern at Cheeky, you will play a crucial role in representing the company at various events, stores, and promotions, while also handling data analysis tasks behind the scenes. This hybrid position requires you to be part people-person, part data enthusiast, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy both interacting with others and working with numbers. Key Responsibilities: - Engage & Sell: Showcase Cheeky products at roadshows, in-store demonstrations, and events, bringing the brand to life through your enthusiastic approach. - Data Hustle: Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and create simple dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets. - CRM Ninja: Manage leads, customer feedback, and vendor information to ensure smooth pipeline operations. - On-Ground Insights: Gather real-time feedback to contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies. - Promo Powerhouse: Assist the sales team with logistical support, surveys, and the execution of campaigns. - Local Travel: Be prepared to travel within the city for events and retail activations. Qualifications Required: - Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables and formulas, basic knowledge of CRM systems (experience with Zoho/Bizom is a plus), and strong communication abilities in at least three languages. - Traits: Outgoing personality, adaptability, self-motivation, and a passion for engaging with people and data. - Bonus: Interest in consumer behavior, event marketing, or FMCG sales would be advantageous.
