Aptitude Trainer

Role Overview: As an Aptitude Trainer for a full-time on-site role in Jaipur, your primary responsibility will be conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. You will play a key role in organizing workshops, boot camps, and mentoring students to enhance their aptitude and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions focusing on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal communication - Develop and deliver training materials to students - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Organize workshops and boot camps to enhance student skills - Mentor and guide students to improve their aptitude and problem-solving abilities - Utilize various teaching methodologies and techniques to ensure effective learning Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge and expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal communication - Experience in developing and delivering training materials - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback - Experience in mentoring and guiding students - Proficiency in various teaching methodologies and techniques - Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field - Prior experience in training for competitive exams or placements is a plus,
