Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer based in Chennai. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on aptitude skills, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative techniques. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, customizing training materials, mentoring students, and preparing them for campus placements and other competitive exams.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Problem-Solving Skills
Strong Communication and Presentation Skills, with the ability to engage and mentor students effectively
Experience in developing and delivering training sessions tailored to students' needs
Good organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and execute training modules
Prior experience in campus placement training or competitive exam coaching is highly desirable
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Education, or a related field
Proven ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
Experience with using technology tools to enhance the learning process
