The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, developing and updating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided. They will also be tasked with conducting workshops and hands-on sessions, ensuring trainees understand and can apply technical concepts effectively. Qualifications Skills in Technical Training, Technical Trainers, and Training & DevelopmentStrong in programming language, particularly Java and Oops with DSA.Strong Communication and Training skillsAbility to develop and update training materials and conduct technical sessionsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsBachelor's degree in computer science relevant technical field or equivalent experiencePrior experience in technical training or a similar role is preferableStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to training
