Placement Operations Management Recruitment Coordination: Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, including scheduling Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs), coordinating interview processes, and managing offer acceptance logistics. Resource Management: Managing the Placement Office staff, resources, budget, and infrastructure (e.g., interview rooms, video conferencing facilities). Data Management: Maintaining a robust database of companies, alumni, student profiles, and placement statistics to drive data-informed decision-making. 4. Student Readiness & Training Skill Gap Analysis: Analyzing industry feedback and market trends to identify skill gaps in the curriculum and recommending necessary changes to academic departments. Career Counseling: Providing strategic career counseling to students, helping them align their skills and interests with suitable career paths. Training & Development: Designing and implementing mandatory training programs focused on essential employability skills like Communication, Group Discussions, Resume Writing, Personal Interviews, and aptitude tests.
