Job Opportunity: Aptitude Trainer

Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali Kharar

Job Type: On-site | Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:15 AM 4:30 PM

Chandigarh University is seeking a dedicated Aptitude Trainer to join our team. If you have a strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, and expertise in training methodologies, we invite you to apply.

Role & responsibilities

• Training Delivery Conduct high-quality training sessions as per the syllabus, utilizing effective shortcuts, tricks, and engagement techniques.
• Content Development Design and develop structured course materials in alignment with industry standards.
• Technical Proficiency Use the Learning Management System (LMS) for content creation, session delivery, and assessment tracking.
• Administrative Duties Maintain attendance records, compile student marks, and support placement drive initiatives.
• Quality Assurance Participate in audits, readiness demos, and assessment reviews to ensure high training standards.
• Faculty Collaboration Train and mentor other trainers, coordinate master subject content, and facilitate curriculum alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning
• Experience in content development and training methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online teaching tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams & University LMS
• Strong email etiquette and communication skills

Mandatory Requirements at the time of Joining:

• Laptop (minimum i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 11)
• Portable Bluetooth speaker with microphone (e.g., Ahuja Portable Speaker)
• Stylus/Digital pen with notepad
• Headphones
• 3 metre long cable either HDMI to HDMI or VGA to VGA cable wire
