Primary skills

• Domain knowledge:

  Expertise in supporting banking applications and their users.

• ITIL V3:

  Strong expertise in Incident management, Change Management & Problem Management

• Critical and analytical thinking

  : capability to analyze complex business problems, prioritize requirements, and propose innovative solutions.

• Technical skills

  : SQL, Unix, Microservices, CI/CD tools

• Communication:

  Strong expertise in communication oriented to business users and management.

• Monitoring:

  ability to effectively monitor infrastructure, functional (logs) and performances of applications (Dynatrace is a must)

• Problem Solving:

  ability to identify, analyze, and propose action plan to anticipate any incidents before user detection and be able to tackle the recurrent ones

• Knowledge management:

  Ability to create and maintain the proper documentation for IA chatbot Purpose - proficiency for documenting system requirements and workflows, familiarity with documentation system (e.g. confluence, JIRA, …).
