Application Support Specialist

The Application Support Associate position at Karnival Internet Technologies requires a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in POS billing software or related fields. Karnival Internet Technologies specializes in providing innovative solutions for POS Billing, E-Receipts, Raffle Draws, and Surveys to transform retail and business operations. As an Application Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting users across the platform to ensure a seamless business experience utilizing billing, digital receipts, raffle draws, and survey solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist users with queries related to POS Billing Software, E-Receipts, Raffle Draws, and Surveys. - Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical/software-related issues. - Assist new users with onboarding, product setup, and training sessions. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Sales) to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in CRM tools. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quick response times. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in customer support for POS billing software, digital solutions, or fintech products. - Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and retail transaction processes. - Experience supporting E-Receipts, Raffle Draws, or Customer Surveys (preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in CRM tools, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting. - Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - A customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Prior experience in SaaS-based POS, customer engagement tools, or survey platforms. - Exposure to retail, hospitality, or e-commerce industries. - Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and digital marketing tools.
