To know more, please visit: www.neo-group.in Position: Production Support Engineer Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 3 to 12 years Role Objective: To be part of core production support team and manage day to day affairs for Trading platform used by Treasury Desk. Desired Profile: Senior Executive who has experience in working with trading platforms in Proprietary desks at Domestic or International brokers. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in manging trading platforms like Greeksoft, Kambala, Omnesys (NEST), Symphony, In-house Automated Trading System, GateLabs, etc. BSC, B.E or equivalent degree in Information technology or Computer Science with minimum 50%. Platforms: Greeksoft Kambala Symphony Gate Labs In-house Automated systems Support: Log Analysis Shell Scripting Linux Redhat, CentOS, Ubuntu Windows server 2013 & above SQL (MSSQL, MYSQL) Onboarding: Vendor Onboarding Client onboarding on FIX / Platform Audit & Exchange certifications Mock & Test market participations Debugging & Analytics: Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting etc. MS Excel Dashboard & reporting Vendor Coordination: Sound communication skills Tracking requests Aggressive follow up & Coordination Other Desired Skills: Shell Scripting Exchange Liaison & CTCL Compliance Punctuality Verbal & Written communication On site working Show more Show less
