15 years full time educationSummary: We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Network Operations Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, HP, and Aruba platforms and demonstrate expertise in network operations, incident response, and configuration management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to routing, switching, wireless, and firewall components. - Perform network changes following standard change management processes (ITIL-based). - Support WAN/LAN connectivity, VPN, wireless, and data center network environments. - Work on escalation tickets (L2/L3 level) and provide root cause analysis for recurring issues. - Configure and manage Cisco and Juniper routers/switches (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, QoS). - Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls including security policies, NAT, and threat prevention. - Manage HP/Aruba switches and wireless controllers, support campus network and wireless access issues. - Perform routine health checks, firmware upgrades, and proactive monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, or ServiceNow. - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalations, upgrades, and network improvement initiatives. - Maintain up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records. - Participate in incident bridges and coordinate restoration efforts during major outages. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, NAT, ACLs. - Experience in Cisco: Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR routers, Nexus Switches. - Experience in SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Aruba Edge Connect, or Silver Peak). - Experience in Juniper: EX/QFX series, Junos. - Experience in Palo Alto: Prisma SDWAN, VPN. - Experience in Cisco/Aruba: Access switches, wireless controllers, ClearPass (added advantage). - Tools: SolarWinds, Wireshark, Splunk, ServiceNow, Cisco Prime, Aruba AirWave. - Certifications (preferred): CCNA/JNCIA/CCNP/JNCIP/Aruba ACMP/HP ASE. - Nice-to-Have: Understanding & Basic knowledge on Zscaler & F5 - Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Nice-to-Have: Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Ansible) for network automation. Additional Information: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent field. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in 24x7 environments and weekends. - Experience in global operations or managed service environments is a plus. - Relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Aruba) are preferred.
