Job Summary:

Application Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of
application development, enhancement, and integration projects
.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report status updates to stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with
project governance, security standards, and quality frameworks
.
Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and oversee deployment activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution and delivery.
Foster effective communication between technical teams, business users, and leadership.
