Application Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting in preparing project plans, charters, and work breakdown structures. Additionally, you will review and audit special projects for efficiency and effectiveness. Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and monitoring project performance will also be part of your essential responsibilities. You will coordinate with project stakeholders, resolve conflicts, measure project outcomes, and share progress reports with management. Coordinating project documentation and sharing project dashboards with management are also key tasks in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing project plans, charters, and work breakdown structures - Review and audit special projects for efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze risks, establish contingency plans, and monitor project performance - Coordinate with project stakeholders and resolve conflicts - Measure project outcomes, share progress reports with management, and share project dashboards Qualifications Required: - Understanding of the software development life-cycle (Delivery Excellence) - Ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment independently with minimal support & supervision - Strong analytical and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Strong leadership and planning skills - Experience with customer relationship management - Ability to analyze and visualize data, extract insights, and share them across various departments within the organization.,
