Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive API test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing of RESTful and SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Validate API integrations across BSS/OSS systems such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, and Network Management.

• Analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

• Work with tools like Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, RestAssured, Karate, or similar.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

• Ensure compliance with telecom standards and protocols (e.g., TM Forum, 3GPP).

Required Skills Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in API testing, with at least 3+ years in the Telecom domain.

• Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing tools and automation frameworks

. • Deep understanding of BSS/OSS architecture and workflows.

• Experience working with telcos like AT T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or similar.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Groovy) for test automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
