Why CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO) When you join CBRE Business services Organization (BSO), you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive, At CBREBusiness services Organization (BSO), We are dynamic problem solvers and forward-thinking professionals who create significant impact, CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO), Our collaborative culture is built on our shared values ? respect, integrity, service and excellence ? and we value the diverse perspectives, backgrounds and skillsets of our people and you have the opportunity to realize your full potential, Job Title AP/AR Accounting Sr About The Role You will join the BPoC Operations Team at BSO IndiaYou will play a key role in the management of day-to-day accounting activities (a combination of Accounts Payable activities servicing Brookfield Properties operated by CBRE The candidate will report into the Operations Manager for BPoC, What Youll Do Effective and timely Processing of volumes for the following activities within Accounts Payable Coding Development job invoices Pull invoices for loan draws Process rush invoices Sending wires to Treasury for processing (300 to 500 a month) Sending direct debit payments to Genpact for recording Assist Property Accountants on Bank Reconciliations (15 Bank Accounts a month) Updating security wire (Mulligan) Prepares Intercompany and debt wires for DC ETL upload for Conservice and ICOMM for the Forest City properties (1 per week for Conservice, 1 per month for ICOMM, on average) Assists with vendor payment questions Processing/coding the Marketing, Arts & Events and Space + invoices Debt Compliance Support Mails checks to Lockboxes Ensure highest level of service delivery including data accuracy, KPI, quality of all deliverables Lead a team of Accountants, analysts and other finance professionals as part of Phase 2, ensuring they perform their duties effectively, Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Perform Quality check, conduct root cause and provide feedback to team members Continuous Improvement Determine and establish capacity measurement benchmarks Identify Process Improvement opportunities, work with leadership team towards implementation of improvement ideas What You'll Need At least 4 to 5 years of experience in AP functions Bachelors / Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate or similar; Experience in Accounts Payable is mandatory Experience in Accounts Receivable and Lease Administration would be an advantage Fluency in English is a must; Client oriented attitude; Analytical approach to day to day tasks; Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met; delivering a high-quality service Highly organized to ensure critical control deadlines are met every month; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and data manipulation skills Able to coordinate and motivate a team; A team player with proven ability to work easily and effectively across boundaries; Excellent communication skills including presentation skills with fluent English written/spoken; Ability to engage and present issues for resolution across all levels to the team;
