Job Description Technical Support & Issue Resolution Provide first-level support for user queries related to systems, applications, and network connectivity. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software issues within defined SLAs. Ensure minimal downtime through timely response to incidents and service requests. Infrastructure Management Administer installation, configuration, and maintenance of: Desktops, laptops, printers, scanners Wi-Fi access points, data cards, hotspots, NAS devices EPABX, PA systems, Chromecast, and other IT peripherals Oversee upkeep and preventive maintenance of servers, broadband lines, CCTVs/DVRs, and leased lines (Airtel, Tikona, Spectranet, Connect). Firewall & Network Security Manage firewall configurations including: User/group creation and classification Bandwidth policy, web restrictions, and authentication protocols Monitoring logs and generating usage reports Software & License Management Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications (Windows OS, MS Office, Skype, Adobe, Antivirus, etc.). Maintain and track software licenses, renewals, and compliance documentation. Asset & Vendor Management Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC renewals, and service support. Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of IT products and services. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily EOD reports and weekly summaries highlighting task status, open issues, and planned activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT alignment with business requirements.
