IT Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive IT Executive to oversee the school’s technology infrastructure and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems. The role involves managing hardware, software, networks, smart boards, and other digital learning tools while providing efficient technical support to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment including computers, printers, projectors, and smart boards.

*Excellent Word and Excel editing skills, with proficiency in document formatting tools.

* Monitor and maintain school network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi) and ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

* Provide technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and students for hardware and software issues.

* Oversee IT infrastructure security, data backups, and antivirus management.

* Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT asset inventory.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and AMC renewals.

* Support implementation and maintenance of school ERP systems, learning management platforms, and digital classrooms.

* Ensure timely software updates, license renewals, and troubleshooting of school devices.

* Supervise and guide IT support staff, if applicable.

* Assist in audio-visual and technology arrangements for school events and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or support (school or educational institution experience preferred).

* Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.

* Experience managing smart boards, ERP/LMS systems, and cloud-based tools.

* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
