Job Description

Hi! We are Wirality! A new media agency that uses creativity & data to solve real business problems for some of the largest brands in the country.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure and have a strong background in systems administration, network management, and technical support, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and work to prevent them from happening again.
  • Monitor the functioning of computer systems and networks, and respond immediately when there are issues.
  • Track and manage work records, and compile data.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization’s digital assets, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data encryption.
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and VPNs to maintain efficient and secure connectivity.
  • Manage and support cloud-based systems and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) as needed.
  • Ensure regular backups of critical data and create disaster recovery plans to safeguard IT infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Website Maintenance

  • Update website content, images, and pages as needed
  • Ensure website functionality, speed, and performance.
  • Address and resolve basic technical issues related to the website
  • Collaborate with external developers or service providers for advanced issues.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and security tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A logical and methodical approach
  • Technical ability and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A helpful and patient manner
  • Good communication skills and tact
