Role & responsibilities Manage and maintain hardware systems desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode devices, etc. Handle software installation, configuration, and updates for production and office systems. Perform SQL database administration , basic query handling, and report generation. Manage server and network systems , including backups, user access, and data security. Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and troubleshooting. Support barcode attendance systems, ERP tools, and machine connectivity (if applicable). Maintain IT asset records and ensure data integrity and uptime of all systems. Provide user-level support to staff for system and software-related issues. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field . 13 years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferably in a factory environment). Hands-on experience with: Windows OS & Server Management SQL / Database Maintenance Networking & Data Backup Systems Basic knowledge of ERP software and industrial automation connectivity is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
