Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & maintain servers, desktops, printers & other IT asserts.
  • Monitor & ensure smooth functioning of LAN, WAN, WiFi, Firewall, internet connectivity.
  • Administer ERP ( SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/ Tally or equivalent) used for inside plant.
  • Oversee backup, disaster recovery, business continuity processes.
  • Provide timely support for hardware/software network issues to end users.
  • Install, configure & update operating systems, application.
  • Implement & monitor IT security policies , access controls, antivirus/ firewall solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers and consultants for IT procurement and AMC.
