Job Description

  • VMware & Virtualization:
  • Manage and maintain VMware environments and other server/application virtualization platforms.
  • Monitor performance and ensure high availability of virtual servers and resources.
  • Plan and execute virtualization upgrades and capacity planning.
  • Active Directory & Storage Management:
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain policies.
  • Manage enterprise storage solutions (NetApp / DELL EMC), including provisioning, maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Ensure data availability, redundancy, and backup/recovery processes.
  • Office 365 Administration:
  • Manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online (email), OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, licenses, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services and integrations.
  • Firewall & Network Security:
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network firewalls (especially Palo Alto).
  • Implement and manage firewall rules and policies.
  • Monitor network security and respond to security incidents or breache
