You are a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst with a strong background in equity research or investment banking, particularly focusing on the pharmaceuticals/healthcare sector. Joining our dynamic finance team, your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that will support strategic decision-making by the top management. Your key result areas will include supporting the preparation of analytically superior Long Range Business Plans and compelling Decks for the top management. You will be the lead analyst for strategic finance data analytics, such as peers, trading, and transaction comps. Additionally, you will execute and project manage inorganic initiatives like M&As and Fundraising projects with all stakeholders. Supporting financial analysis of the Business Development & Licensing Team and handling ad hoc projects as required will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of key functions and responsibilities, you will be responsible for strategic analytics by analyzing market trends, financial statements, and industry data to provide actionable insights. You will prepare compelling presentations for the top management, including infographics, and perform tasks such as Peers/Competitors Benchmarking and tracking relevant M&A deals of companies & IPs, including Multiples and Valuation. You will also be involved in Long Range Financial Planning, Global Consolidation, detailed analysis, scenario building, and risk analysis. Supporting in inorganic initiatives like M&A activities & Fundraising Projects, full cycle of deal process, as well as assisting in dealing with Investment Bankers & Investor Relations will be part of your role. You will drive the streamlining of master data tables to support any data analytics requirement, for example, Product Master. Financial analysis for organic & inorganic Business Development & Licensing initiatives and support in ad hoc projects as required will also be within your scope. To qualify for this position, you should hold an MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in equity research or Investment Banking within the pharmaceuticals/healthcare sector. You should have proven Data Analytics & Presentation capabilities, experience in creating infographics/dashboards, and be proficient with financial modeling, analysis, valuation, and Microsoft Office tools including Power BI & Financial databases. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, self-starter attitude, ability to work independently & under ambiguity, enterprising nature to make an impact with your work, excellent Stakeholder / Project Management, and attention to detail are all essential qualities for this role.,
