Job Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide first and second-line support to end-users (onsite and remote).

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network, NAS issues.

Maintain and upgrade user systems (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Windows, Mac, Linux etc).

Manage support using support and support ticket tools.

Systems & Network Administration:

Assist in configuring and managing servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

Ensure optimal performance of company networks, including internet and intranet. Monitor system backups, antivirus software, and patch management.

Asset & Vendor Management:

Maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.

Coordinate with external vendors for procurement and maintenance support.

Security & Compliance:

Assist in implementing IT security protocols and data protection measures.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Project Participation:

Collaborate on IT initiatives such as migrations, rollouts, or system upgrades. Document IT procedures, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)

Skills:

Must be a good problem solver 

Must have good communication skills(verbal & written) 

Must be good with Mac, Server Setup windows/unix etc 

Must have moderate level AWS/AZURE Cloud Infrastructure knowledge 

Must be good with networking & IT infrastructure setup 

Experience:

2+ years in IT.
