Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strong visualization skills with the ability to convey design ideas effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a customer service or design-related role is advantageous. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ready to work in night shift (Rotational Shift) Up to 4 years of experience in BPO, KPO, RPO and sales profile. MBA is preferred.
