Job Title: Instructional Designer Summary: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Training & Development department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in designing and developing engaging and effective training materials. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees and enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives - Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, videos, and other training materials - Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences - Incorporate multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or training development - Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate - Must have developed gamified content for learning management systems - Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience working in a corporate training environment is preferred If you are a creative and innovative Instructional Designer with a passion for developing engaging learning experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
