Job Title: Instructional Designer – Consultant (On-site) 📍 Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh 💼 CTC: Best in the Industry 🕒 Experience: 2+ Years (EdTech/Teaching experience is a plus) 🏢 Job Type: Full-time, Office-based --- A. Job Purpose Develop e-learning scripts, storyboards, SCORM packages, and PPTs. Create engaging e-learning content, assessments, and assignments. Support production of online training manuals and digital learning resources. --- B. Key Responsibilities Work with SMEs to build CBT modules and storyboards. Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content. Develop & review e-learning materials within timelines. Coordinate with designers/editors to ensure quality. Support QA and maintain content accuracy and structure. Collaborate with team (offline/virtual) and update managers regularly. --- C. Experience Minimum 2+ years in Instructional Design/e-learning. --- D. Skills Required Strong PowerPoint skills (Articulate 360 is a plus). Excellent writing & content simplification ability. Understanding of ID models and learner-centric design. Strong communication, collaboration & time management. Ability to review, proofread and maintain content quality. Basic project coordination skills. --- E. Additional Advantages EdTech experience. Teaching/training/academic writing background. Ability to work across multiple disciplines under timelines. --- F. Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate (reputed institute preferred). Certification in Instructional Design/eLearning tools (desirable).
