Job PurposeDevelop e-learning scripts, storyboards, SCORM packages, and PPTs.Create engaging e-learning content, assessments, and assignments.Support production of online training manuals and digital learning resources.---B. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with SMEs to build CBT modules and storyboards.Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content.Develop & review e-learning materials within timelines.Coordinate with designers/editors to ensure quality.Support QA and maintain content accuracy and structure.Collaborate with team (offline/virtual) and update managers regularly.---C. ExperienceMinimum 2+ years in Instructional Design/e-learning.---D. Skills RequiredStrong PowerPoint skills (Articulate 360 is a plus).Excellent writing & content simplification ability.Understanding of ID models and learner-centric design.Strong communication, collaboration & time management.Ability to review, proofread and maintain content quality.Basic project coordination skills.---E. Additional AdvantagesEdTech experience.Teaching/training/academic writing background.Ability to work across multiple disciplines under timelines.---F. QualificationGraduate/Postgraduate (reputed institute preferred).Certification in Instructional Design/eLearning tools (desirable).
