Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Blue Ocean Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing engaging and effective learning experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop comprehensive instructional designs that align with business objectives and meet learner needs.
Create detailed storyboards, content outlines, and assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
Design and deliver training programs using various instructional methodologies and technologies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in instructional design, focusing on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning development.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with instructional design tools and software, such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia.
