Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows Engineer to manage and support our Windows-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading Microsoft Windows servers and client environments, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. This role also involves managing user access, deploying patches, and providing escalation support for complex Windows issues. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Windows client operating systems. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and other core services. Monitor system health, performance, and availability of all Windows-based infrastructure. Apply system patches, updates, and security configurations following best practices. Support and manage virtualization environments (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware). Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated Windows-related issues. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with the network, security, and application teams on cross-functional projects. Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6+ years of experience in a Windows system administration or engineering role. Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11. Expertise in Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and PowerShell scripting. Experience in managing and maintaining virtualization platforms. Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery strategies. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate MCSA / MCSE (legacy certifications) Experience with Microsoft System Center (SCCM), Intune, or Azure AD. Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). Working Conditions Standard business hours with occasional after-hours or weekend support. May require participation in on-call rotation. On-site or hybrid work model based on organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support in person to internal teams or clients. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
