Job Description:

As the FP&A Analyst, one is held accountable to, but not limited to, the following job

functions:

Support key hotel-level financial analyses for the company, including analyzing profit and growth opportunities, as well as multi-year forecasts and annual budget processes

Work alongside asset and revenue management teams to improve asset/portfolio performance

Champion all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

Utilize business intelligence tools to build reports and promote self-service reporting

Execute data automation strategies and reporting processes

Partner in the development of complex forecasting models and analytics to improve operational efficiencies

Collaborate on opportunistic ROI analyses and capital allocation decisions

Conduct extensive research and perform financial analysis on the hospitality and real estate industries

Assist in the preparation of trimester Board of Directors presentation materials

Create various ad hoc reports and perform analyses as required
